In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with any supplementary rules, policies, and promotional terms published on the bet905 platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks as required under the Platform's licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted under applicable law or the terms of the Platform's gaming license.

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or using any bet905 service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with bet905 on the terms set out in this Agreement. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

bet905 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, bet905 will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms or any subsequent amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and to close your Account in accordance with Section 4.6 of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on bet905, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bet905 applies a minimum age of 21 in accordance with its responsible gaming policy and licensing obligations. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bet905 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of this Agreement.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order applicable to the Platform.

bet905 reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at registration and at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bet905 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player may register only one Account on the bet905 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update your Account information promptly if any of the registered details change.

bet905 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, including where:

• The applicant fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• The information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified;
• The applicant is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• bet905 has reason to suspect fraudulent intent or prior misconduct on the Platform or any affiliated platform.

Account closure may be requested by the Player at any time by contacting bet905 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.

bet905 strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication on their Account. Two-factor authentication is available in Account Settings and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

You must notify bet905 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. bet905 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account upon receipt of such notification.

bet905 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from any unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your actions or omissions.

All deposits to your bet905 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. bet905 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

bet905 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. bet905 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or credited to the wrong account, you must notify bet905 customer support immediately. Any wagers placed using erroneously credited funds may be voided at bet905's discretion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit, or to a payment method that has been verified and linked to your Account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party payment accounts are not permitted.

Before processing any withdrawal, bet905 may require you to complete KYC verification. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or suspension of the withdrawal request.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Raast: Typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within 1–3 business days of approval.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high demand, for compliance review, or where additional verification is required. bet905 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

bet905 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or account irregularity.

bet905 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this Section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, the following general conditions apply to all bet905 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bet905 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, and IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified in the offer terms. Uncompleted wagering on expired bonuses will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

With respect to sports betting:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet905 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC or verification process;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account on behalf of any third party;
• Using the Platform to facilitate, engage in, or assist with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game offered on it;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 8;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory towards bet905 staff or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, software, or intellectual property associated with the Platform.

We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm. Players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings at any time.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bet905 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, you will be unable to log in or place wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar automated data collection tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform;
• Use the bet905 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of bet905's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet905 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Platform and its services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

bet905 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any service offered on it;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or game results;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits bet905's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet905 holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between you and bet905, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat. bet905 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with bet905 customer support, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established under the Platform's gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from customer support.

You agree that any claim or action relating to this Agreement must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the cause of action arose. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
